Sauvignon Blanc - Alfa Estate

Crystal-clear and bright with a sub-yellow color and greenish reflections, with aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruits, lychee, and a sweet melon undertone. Sweet, oily, with excellent balance, freshness, and finesse. Served chilled (12 ºC), it is enjoyable on its own or as an aperitif. It pairs exceptionally well with salads, shellfish, seafood, white meats with herbs, soft goat cheeses, kasseri, sweet manouri cheese, some desserts and fresh fruits.


Gaia Wines - Thalassitis Asyrtiko

Τhe color is bright lemon green. Its aromatic profile screams Santorini, with citrus fruits, especially lemon, with citrus zest, with a sweet rose scent, and the aromas of gunpowder. On the palate, it is again lemony with crisp acidity, rich flavor, and a nice salty aftertaste. 

Xinomayro - Gerovasileiou Estate

 The grapes of Xinomavro displays a soft salmon pink color and intoxicates the nose with aromas of citrus fruits (including pink grapefruit), berries, cherries, and gooseberries. A herbaceous and mineral base and delicate peppery notes complete the olfactory profile. On the palate, it is lively and medium-bodied. The acidity is remarkable and perfectly balances the variety of fruity aromas typical of Xinomavro. The finish is aromatic and reminiscent of black cherries.

Try it with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. Excellent with lobster pasta and tomato fish soup.

Chateau Miraval

Miraval is one of the most popular rosé wines in the world and it's easy to see why from the very first sip. In the glass the wine is a gorgeous pale coppery hue with enticing aromas of peaches, wild strawberries and dried flowers. On the palate there's a zippy freshness which is perfect for a hot summer's day along with delicate ripe red cherry and apricot flavours that linger long on the taste buds.

Tetramythos - Cabarnet Sauvignon

This wine offers incredible quality for its price and is a fantastic bottle to begin your exploration of Californian red wines with. The palate is an explosion of fruits, laden with notes of blackberry jam, plum, mint, vanilla and black pepper. There are earthy underlying hints of forest floor. Its low acidity makes it a highly approachable wine, with a smooth, easy-drinking texture. Ripe, velvety and extremely well-balanced, this Cabernet would make an excellent pairing for a variety of meat dishes, such as sirloin steak, or any aged hard cheese.

Papaioannou - Pinot Noir

The Ktima Papaioannou Agiorgitiko has a brilliant ruby red color. Its aromatic profile is characterized by intense notes of red fruit, especially cherries and blackberries, followed by hints of aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with a good body, harmonious acidity, and velvety tannins. It is balanced and has a long, slightly spicy finish. It goes perfectly with Moussaka or Bolognese lasagna and with all grilled red meats.
